Favorite Place I Ever Lived
August 27, 2021I'm from East Haven, but lived in LA for 25 years. Even with all the great places I lived in West Hollywood, Summit at Mill Ridge is my favorite. There is a sign at the bottom of the hill/driveway that reads "Life is Great at the Top." It's true. There is something magical about this place. It's always clean, safe and the inside of my 2 bedroom apartment is beautiful. Summit at Mill Ridge is where you want to live!Review from Apartments.com

Man is this place terrible.
October 4, 2020Dude good luck getting maintenance to fix anything. Its the worst place I've ever lived at. Had a hole in the bottom of my door since I've moved in. Asked to get it fixed for 5 months. My floor is constantly wet and giant bugs come in all the time. Never live here!Property Manager Responded

Great Place
July 2, 2018We moved here a couple of months ago and absolutely love it. We were lucky to get one of the apartments with a great view, surrounded by trees and birds on the top floor. We were so amazed by how supportive and wonderful the office staff here are. Both Jennifer and Jennifer are extremely helpful and always willing to help. It's a newly renovated apartment complex with well maintained facilities. During the high temperature season this week, we had an issue with our AC and Oven and when I called ...the office, Jennifer was really helpful and sent us maintenance staff straightaway on the same day to fix both issues. Bryan and Will from the maintenance department were excellent and fixed both problems for us. Overall, it's a very nice place that is so peaceful and calm. September 3, 2017I just moved into this apartment community in early August 2017, and I'm really happy with my decision so far! The apartment was newly renovated and everything works great. It's a calm, tranquil area and I feel like I have everything I need to have a happy life here while I work in New Haven. I would also like to say specifically that Davante at the leasing office was tremendously helpful. I moved here from Italy, so I wasn't able to look at the property before arriving. Not worth it!
July 7, 2017For these "Luxury apartments," you get renovations that are sub-par where you can't even open the windows without them falling out, insect-infested rooms, and a property manager that DOES NOT know what proper customer service is. I have lived here for a few years (before the new management) and not much has changed, just the increase in rent, oh and don't forget your monthly fee for the office/gym they made, which lacks a full gym for the price you pay. Also who thought it would be a good idea to ...surround a gym with windows from ceiling to floor, not a mirror in sight and pretty creepy once the sun goes down. Moved into one of the first apartments they "renovated" but things have already started to fall apart (Drawers don't close properly, part of the countertop is sinking in preventing other drawers to open, etc) and there are not nearly enough maintenance workers to fulfill all the work orders put in. Be prepared to have your car towed constantly, even if you pay for your own parking spot. Have seen plenty of neighbors move in and leave within the same year, wishing we did the same. Only good thing about this place, central air. For the price, you're better off looking for an actual luxury apartment in new haven.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Summit at Mill Ridge
June 24, 2016When I moved in it was Stony Brook Village which was a great place to live. Now with the new management things are even better. A couple of months ago I moved to a newly renovated apartment within the complex and I love it! On Wednesday I toured the new Clubhouse which is simply beautiful! The new exercise room is exciting to me as it's now on the main level and visible to everyone. I will be enjoying the Clubhouse this summer!!Review from Apartments.com
Stonybrook Village
October 9, 2015The office staff at this complex is very friendly and helpful. Residents of the apartments in this complex are allowed to have pets, and I was worried there might be residual pet odors when I moved in. I was pleasantly surprised - the carpet was clean and odor-free; I was impressed by how clean the entire apartment was. I have used the gym facilities on occasion, and while they could use updating (renovations are scheduled for spring 2016), they have adequate machines for a decent workout.Review from Apartments.com
