Nice enough people, walls are thin for noise and old
October 5, 2020Nice enough people, great location. A lot better than the complex next to us. It is pretty old and noise barrels through the walls pretty good. They get on stuff for fixes and always cordial. Sad that these places aren't more soundproofed, but it is by NO means a slum dwelling.Review from Apartments.com
Lived Here
September 15, 2019So I moved in there January 2017, and liked it. Any and all problems were fixed quickly. My Problem comes with leaving. I left August 29, but lease ended Sept. 4th, and gave 30 day notice before 30 days. They charge for things that I was told was not a problem by closing inspection people, small paint problems. (since that paint is super sticky my end table and couch pulled paint off when moved). The deep cleaning I did was ignored and charged for cleaning, even though I found stuff from the ...people who lived there before me, so they don't clean well to start with. The real one that gets me is extra rent due, I payed in full for one more month of rent and then left 6 days early and they charged me $51 extra, for the last 2 days in August, when I was good till Sept. 4th. My First Apartment
April 24, 2017I've lived at Sun Chase for about two years now, and not once have I had any issues. The property is clean & open and the management is very helpful & friendly. You can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining the property when they do things like repaving the entire parking lot & updating the laundry facility. With extra services like regular spring cleaning to maintain the outside of the buildings & complimentary pest control, you can tell that they really care about making the tenants ...comfortable. The inside of my one bedroom unit has everything to keep me happy. Refrigerator/freezer, spacious pantry, disposal, & dishwasher. There's a wonderful walk-in closet with a nice little built in bookshelf. The heating & air keeps me comfortable no matter the time of year. Sunchase is a scam
June 26, 2016These reviews were written by sunchase management to lure you into their over priced and out of date apartments. The comments below are really generic. Homeless people are always going through the trash cans. No family or friends are allowed to park within the apartment complex. They are forced to park outside on the side of the road or face being towed, which patrols regularily and look into your car to verify your parking permit. The best and only place i've lived
October 8, 2015I have lived at the Sun Chase Apartments for about a year now and I love it! It is my first apartment i've ever had on my own and I couldn't of picked a better place to live. I think the thing I love most about it, is how nice everyone is. Now a days I think that's hard to come by! I also love all the trees they have surrounding the apartments. It makes it that much more enjoyable to walk out of your apartment everyday. Not to mention the clean facilities they have to offer! Our cozy little home at Sunchase Apartments
October 3, 2015Located in the heart of down town Ogden, the Sunchase Apartments is the place to live! If you want a beautiful scenery you got it with trees and the river near by its unbelievable. Its also near your local grocery store, fantastic restaurants, and even the movie theater isn't to far to walk to. The area around our cozy home is well maintained and staff are always there to help when in need. Unlike other apartments we have a comfortable pool, hot tub, and sauna. We also have a laundry facility ...open 24 hours 7 days a week which is very helpful if you work almost everyday. In the area of the laundry room we are privilaged to have a cozy room with a fire place and a t.v. with cable. We also have a wonderful weight room that is also open 24/7 how incredible is that! Also in the same area as the weight room we have a racket ball court, I dont know an apartment complex that has that. Our cozy little home is located in the back of the complex and surrounded by trees and nature it truly is beautiful and very quite. loft
September 28, 2015I moved into Sun Chase around 5 month ago. The complex is the best I have ever lived in. The grounds are well kept and free of garbage. The pool over the summer was always opened on time and clean and just the right temperature. My apartment has been wonderful and very spacious for a loft apartment. The management and staff have been extremely kind and easy to work with. Any maintenance request I have had are done in a very timely manner. Sun Chase
August 23, 2015We rent a studio- loft apartment in a very nice location of North Ogden right across the street from the beautiful Ogden River..Our apartment is perfect for a couple.. the loft over looks the living area and the kitchen is open to the living area as well, making it cozy and perfect for interacting with each other while cooking or doing dishes. It comes with a big bathroom and storage under the stairs(inside) to the loft.. we have an awsome heated pool, hot tub, weight room, indoor racket ball ...court and a laundry room with new washers and dryers that allow us to use our debit/credit card to wash and dry.. the maintenance teams is fast to responded to any problems and the whole staff is friendly.. the only thing that we don't like so well is the lack of available parking close to our unit and a covered parking cost extra.. though only $20.00 more a month we think its unfair due to the lack of parking spaces to begin with.. other than this.. we live Sun Chase apartments!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
