My wife and I were having some issues at first and they gave us a second chance. These people are God’s gift to Earth. I love them all Miss Tammy, Miss Edenina, Miss Letty and ESPECIALLY Miss Jackie. I hope to move into a bigger apartment here soon. Keep up the good work ladies.

Absolutely love this place moved in 6 months ago. Office staff is very nice, very professional and helpful. The maintenance crew is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place, location is great rent is very affordable and the apartments are very, very spacious.

I couldn't be happier and was so glad I found this apartment. My friend told me about Sun Colony. She's been here over ten years and her apartment looks great also. I moved in a year ago and just signed my third lease and haven't had any major issues.

My family and I lived here close to 3 years. During our stay, the manager, Ms Jackie is the most courteous, the most tenant oriented manager we've ever came across. She really works with your situation. No matter what issue we bring to her attentiom she always finds a way to fix it and even follows up to make sure if it's resolved. She really is the best. The apartment it self is not bad at all. We lived in a 2 bed 2 bath and it is very specious for an apartment, specially the closets are the ...
best. We also like the lay out. I gave it a 4 star only because no apartment is perfect and we lived right by the main road (Royal ln) and the noise level was a bit annoying during traffic hours. But even that you get used to. If we didn't buy a house we wouldn't move out any time soon because the price is still fare comparing to near by apartments. Oh and it's very close to major highway (635). Over all we really liked it here.

Lived here nine years. It's not for everyone. Been beoken into once. Seen 4 fires here. Only a few maintenance crew who actually know how to fix things. Most of the office staff are pleasant to deal with. Summer's and summer nights are louder with music, outside loud phone conversations, some arguments but mostly music. Most drivers speed through the parking lot and swerve to avoid the speed bumps so make sure your kids are well supervised. Gated entrance only works 3-4 days of the month so it's ...
