About Sun Ridge Apartments

Live at Sun Ridge Apartments, a small controlled access building (individual pin code access) in Kenmore just a few blocks away from Safeway and the park and ride. We are privately owned with an onsite manager, 24 hour maintenance, and video surveillance. Unit 107 is a 600-square-foot one-bedroom apartment located on the first floor. It features stainless steel and white appliances, tile countertops, a tile backsplash, and undercabinet lighting in the kitchen. The bathroom also boasts a tile countertop and tile backsplash. The unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a private patio, and a combination of luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and carpet flooring. Rent is $1,675.00 PLUS a water and sewer charge of $75.00/month per person. One free reserved offstreet uncovered parking space. Refundable security deposit of $900.00. Cats friendly only (two cat limit) with a $30.00/month pet rent (per animal) and $300.00 refundable pet deposit and an additional $200.00 for a second cat. Limited portable A/C units available. At this time, we require applications to be filled out in person after viewing the apartment. If you choose to fill out an application, there is a fee of $32.95 per person, payable by check, cash, Zelle, or Venmo. A credit score of at least 680 is required, along with a clean criminal record. Please note that applications must be completed in our office; we do not accept online applications. Call for more details and to schedule an appointment!

  • Great place to live in Kenmore

    My sister and I lived in this apartment complex for over 4 years. It's close to the park and ride and rent is cheaper than any place we looked at. It's a safe complex with cameras and one front door which has a code. The management is great and if you have any issues they are addressed quickly. We only moved out because of family medical issues. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.
