I lived her for five years between 2020 and 2025. Management and maintenance are awesome. They are super friendly and willing to help you in any way they can. They will go out of their way to make sure everything is good. When my car had an attempted theft on it do to it being a prime target as a KIA, they gave me an extra garage to park in for a bit while it was empty. I was a student during this time so it was perfect for a quick commute to the campus, and access to so many food locations. Easy ...

I lived here from 2020-2025 in a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome. I would highly recommend this complex to any college students looking to find something affordable with great property management. The layout was spacious inside and we even had a decently sized back patio with garage access. It’s within walking distance to Fresno State, the Save Mart Center, and Campus Pointe. A plus is that the 168 is just barely one stop light away. Shout out to the maintenance men here who are quick to help.

My roommates and I have lived here at Sunridge since May of 2017. We all agree that living here has been amazing, and has definitely made our college experience a blast. The Staff is very friendly, and very helpful in every way possible. Shout out to the maintenance crew, as they are some of the coolest guys you will ever meet and are very caring for all the tenants here. The Townhomes are very spacious and close enough to Fresno State and all the surrounding area so thats a plus. The price point ...

Sun Ridge has been an excellent place to live. The Town Homes are nicely kept, clean and quiet. Has been a great place with those with families and those looking for a safe and friendly environment!
Office staff - Diana and everyone in the office are very nice, great to work with, and willing to help and answer any and all questions.
Town homes - Spacious, upstairs and downstairs so no noisy upstairs neighbors. All appliances you need. Washer/dryer, etc. Very well kept. And Mike is always ...
ready to help with any repairs.
Neighbors - everyone is very nice and respectful. No issues with noise or after hours issues.
I give Sun Ridge excellent rating and definitely would refer to everyone looking for nice, comfortable, clean spot to rent.
