Located in the heart of Anderson, Sun Valley Townhomes offers 2, 3 and 4 bedroom condo style townhomes at affordable prices starting at $570.00. Sun Valley Townhomes is close to Ball State University, Anderson University, Fairview Park, Community and St John's Hospital, Nestle and Hoosier Park. Minutes from I-69, HWY 9 and Martin Luther King Boulevard. We are walking distance to downtown area and on busline. We are located in the Valley Grove Elementary and Anderson High School district. Our leasing office is closed to the public. We are not conducting any tours or in person appointments at this time. Pre-Applications are being accepted to our wait list and is the 1st step to apply to our community. Pre-Applications can be sent via email, mail, fax or picked up at the leasing office right outside the front doors. We can accept these pre applications by email ([email address removed]) or mail (924 Sun Valley Dr, Anderson IN 46016) or fax (765-683-0297) or by placing in the rent drop box right outside the front office doors. Full application packet processing is being handled without in person contact. We are processing application packets by phone, email, fax or mail. Application packets can also be left in the rent drop box right outside the front office doors.

I love the property and my 3bdrm TH
August 30, 2020The property itself as well as the units (atleast my unit and a few others I have seen the inside of) are wonderful! T There were a few issues at move in which I actually didn't catch or looked last but the propety manager refused to accept and she had maintenance on them immediately. Unfortunately, she is no longer here. I hope we get another PM like her. I have been in property maintenance and I know how rare ones like her are. They contract out their lawn care and the the company does a great ...job although we all wish they'd hit out walkways a little better once they are done cutting. Most neighbors are friendly and respectful but a few have no knowledge of the words. It's Anderson so unfortunately it's going to be an issue. It's very quiet unless those few are out but even at that it isn't bad. Now, I must say, we took a walk and ventured to the back of the property and I would not like to live back there. Far less calm. All in all I absolutely love it and I am someone who likes my peace and quiet and my personal space respected.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
