October 29, 2025My review concerns the performances of Milagra on maintenance services since my arrival nearly 13 years ago. She is very serious about her work, responsive to resident needs and is able to quickly follow through on tasks. Recently, the exterior parking lot lights were not working and the area was very dark and ominous. I notified Milagra and we had all lighting restored by evening. April 5, 2025Oh, I’ve contacted the office five times now about transferring to a different apartment—five. And somehow, I’ve managed to get a completely different answer each time. Impressive, really. The manager was supposedly going to follow up every time. Spoiler alert: they didn’t. Now, out of nowhere, they’ve decided to double the transfer fee. Because clearly, the goal here is to make it easier (and cheaper!) to just move out entirely. And honestly? That sucks. We’ve been here for seven years. But ...hey, if this is how they want to play it, fine. We’ll take our loyalty—and our rent—somewhere else.Property Manager Responded
