The grounds are kept clean, and the landscaping is always nicely done. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. It’s clear they work hard to keep everything running ...smoothly. February 26, 2026It's an older building and it shows, but nothing major. The appliances are older and show wear and tear, but they all work. All the neighbors I have are quiet and friendly and I feel safe walking the property even very late at night. I think the most important part of living in an apartment is how safe you feel. The people in the office are very friendly and promptly address any issues you have. If you aren't about having everything new fangled and just want a quiet, family friendly neighborhood ...where you feel safe, I think you'll enjoy living here.Property Manager Responded

February 13, 2026The whole place needs a paint job on the exterior. The parking lot is horrible and repairs are painfully slow (but the do happen occasionally). The maintenance team here is fabulous. October 29, 2025My review concerns the performances of Milagra on maintenance services since my arrival nearly 13 years ago. She is very serious about her work, responsive to resident needs and is able to quickly follow through on tasks. Recently, the exterior parking lot lights were not working and the area was very dark and ominous. I notified Milagra and we had all lighting restored by evening.
