This past year we had the pleasure of renting at SunPointe Apartments. It is located in a very picturesqe setting with mature shade trees, quiet neighborhood, and convenient to shopping. If you have any maintence concern, management is extremely prompt to solve any and all issues. It is very affordable with updated appliances in a clean apartment. Get a good rental at a very affordable price!

Please do not move here. Save yourself the headache. I’ve been going on with this apartment for over a month now in regards to my deposit Isa or 16 emails I called over 10 times and they just clearly ignore me on top of that the three years that I’ve been living there. I didn’t even have an oven for over two years because they did not want to fix the oven. No pain no repairs have even made and on top of that every single day, my room was getting flooded with sore sewage water. This apartment ...

complex is disgusting. The worst apartment complex I have ever lived in a property management. She sits there and she lies about being in the office, and when she doesn’t feel like working she just says the office is closed. This is the worst type of the worst type of experience have ever experienced in my life to the point where I’m gonna contact a lawyer or file a lawsuit in regards to getting back my deposit this is just ridiculous.

I currently reside in Sun pointe Springs in Sunrise, Fl. I wish I could speak better about my "home" but it's very hard to consider it a safe place to live considering they don't even have proper property management team. I have lived here for almost 2 years and the only reason we stay is due to my disability and inability to work. My boyfriend works late hours and I am at home by myself more than 50% if the time. I constantly hear screaming and yelling from younger neighbors having people over ...

all hours of the night. Along with the same people being surveillanced by undercover police. Besides the "neighborly love", there is no maintenance department to keep the location clean. Our pool and "jacuzzi" is always closed down due to unhealthy conditions. We have seen rodents, ants and roaches all over the buildings, so we have to constantly fumigate to make sure our house isn't infected. Unfortunately I wish I could say nicer things but I wouldn't want to anyone to move in and be disappointed like myself.
