Lack of security

One of the primary reasons we chose this property for our daughter's first home was the promise of a secure and protected community. In less than eight months, that commitment to safety has drastically declined. Security patrols have been discontinued, and the gates are consistently left wide open- now there is not even a code to get in! This creates an open invitation for crime. Just last night, multiple vehicles were targeted — several were stolen, and many ...others had windows smashed. Residents deserve better. The new management has been helpful and are striving to continue to make this a pleasant place to live for people of all ages and all abilities. We are planning to stay here until we can no longer live independently. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- We have lived in Sunstone Apartments for over a year and are very pleased with the ...office staff. They are kind, courteous, and easy to speak with. Our apartment is beautiful and easily accessible for me (I am handicapped). Maintenance always comes within a reasonable time of reporting an issue. The valet trash service and the agreement with Cox Internet have additional fees but are well worth the price. We are so glad that we found this complex.
