In addition, the maintenance staff have a quick response time and ensure that all issues are addressed and completed in a timely manner. The porters keep the property clean and the neighbors are friendly and also keep the community clean. Noise is not an issue here. Parking is sufficient. The management staff is friendly and also send out monthly newsletters letting tenants know about the food trucks coming in the month. It’s always a new vendor and something to look forward to. The office also holds raffles on certain holidays and are very welcoming to come grab treats etc. Living at Sunbow feels part of a community.
