April 1, 2025A good place to live with an excellent location in Fremont. However, there are some areas for improvement, such as the laundry, which is expensive, and the parking, where company vehicles take up spaces that should be available for residents with standard cars. Additionally, the apartments facing the street would benefit from noise-proof windows, as the traffic noise is very loud.Review from Apartments.com

March 28, 2025I love the Sundale apartments. The staff is super friendly and have always gone above and beyond. The property is always kept clean. Room for improvement would be to possibly try to get washer and dryer machines fixed in a more efficient timely manner and to enforce no smoking within the required 25 feet of the building.
