February 3, 2026My wife and I have just moved in, and throughout the entire leasing process we experienced excellent customer service. Maria and Avanee are wonderful professionals and we're incredibly supportive. They truly made us feel at home and ensured the entire process was smooth and stress free. Their friendly and consistent communication made a great first impression. Although the building is old(reason for 4star), it is clear that the maintenance team is doing a great job maintaining the property.During ...our move-in inspection, we noted a few minor issues and reported them promptly. On our very first day, we discovered that one of the stove heaters was not working. After informing the leasing office, Mr. Pedro from the maintenance team arrived within minutes.He was very polite,cheerful and professional. April 1, 2025A good place to live with an excellent location in Fremont. However, there are some areas for improvement, such as the laundry, which is expensive, and the parking, where company vehicles take up spaces that should be available for residents with standard cars. March 28, 2025I love the Sundale apartments. The staff is super friendly and have always gone above and beyond. The property is always kept clean. Room for improvement would be to possibly try to get washer and dryer machines fixed in a more efficient timely manner and to enforce no smoking within the required 25 feet of the building.
