This property rocks!
May 24, 2023Ive lived at Sunpointe for almost 4 years this August. I moved here because I was in an emergency state of my life and they really worked hard to get me in quick. This place is by far my most favorite apartment ive ever lived. Julie and Ally are just the sweetest, if I ever need anything done they are there. Good maintence team
May 10, 2023I happened to see someone posted a very negative review in 2020 regarding the maintenance team at Sunpointe and I just wanted to provide my own input which is different from that person’s opinion. I am actually impressed with the maintenance team at this apartment complex. They are extremely responsive and they arrive quickly when I submit a maintenance request. They are highly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and take the time to explain what they are doing and why. And I appreciate ...being asked if I want them to wear shoe covers before they enter. My positive opinion of the maintenance team is shared by my neighbors as well. But the best way to find the truth is to visit or tour Sunpointe and talk to any of the residents you see and ask them what they think about the maintenance team. I think you’ll get a very favorable response in line with my comments above.Property Manager Responded

Worst Apartment Complex Ever
September 10, 2020Bad floor plans, bad customer service, bad grounds maintenance, rude renters and overall the worst place I have ever lived. It has dirty grounds and no one cares about this property. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Not a happy place to be.Review from Apartments.com

This place has mold growing on the walls and they don’t even take care of it. Then they have this manager lady that is super rude and makes up a whole bunch of bs stuff that didn’t even happen she made it up and charged me for it. Comfortable place to live
August 17, 2019I lived here for 6 months. The grounds were always kept clean. The office staff very friendly. I didn't have any maintenance issues. Parking was never an issue. The only down side I had living on 1st floor was that it sounded like a heard of elephants lived above me. And I am pretty sure I could even hear the 3rd floor flush their toilet. Overall though the residents seemed nice, there was never any fighting or shady activity. The inside pool was nice and clean, but the water temperature was too ...cold for me. What really impressed me is after I moved out I actually got a refund check! Even though I have always done my best to leave an apartment clean and in good condition it seems that every other company will find a reason to charge you for something.
