I have lived here for 5 months and have enjoyed it so far. Whenever something breaks or isn’t working correct the maintenace is on it right away. I see myself staying here happily for a long time

I moved into the Sunridge Apartments in May and I have absolutely no complaints. If there is any problem the staff is there to fix it within a couple hours. Everyone is very nice and it’s a very good, expendable place to live!

The office team is amazing and maintanance crew is awesome. They respond to all issues in a timely manner and go out of their way to make sure the property is clean and well maintained and the residents needs are met. Great place to live and would 100% reccomend!!!

I like it

I currently live here. The maintenance guy seems quirky and forgets stuff. The apartments are nice and remodeled. But the hallways to get to the apartment are old and outdated. The manager is very nice and easy to talk too. I almost gave it a 4, but then I remembered I've been waiting several weeks for something minor to be fixed. Lots of room for the price, large walk in closet but small kitchen.

This place does not care about its residents whatsoever. We have had the same issues in our apt since we moved in 6 months ago and notified problems upon move in. Our lease is now up and we are getting out of here. They turn off the water for maintenance and give no notification, they enter your apt frequently with no notice or communication whatsoever, will only know they had entered when they lock a different lock than i generally do. They charge 50$ a month for storage the size of a closet ...
that is supposed to come with the price of rent. They don't have a basketball court or playground, contrary to their website, they are attempting to charge 50$ for front row parking, but won't tow people who park there illegally, they also don't care and won't tow people who park in handicap, on sidewalks, or fire lane spots. Managers are oblivious to maintenance issues, dog park is a dirt and feces mess, when they do notify on the rare occasion that which they are notifying will not be completed and most notices are are dated a day too late. They treat residents as an inconvenience and I will never recommend this place to even my enemy.
