The office is not staffed as listed. We have a broken dining chair which has needed to be repaired for at least 6 wks. We haven't had a couch in the Community room for around a year. All the tenants are great except for this big bully who gets by with everything here and Goldmark does nothing about him. At first I really liked it here but now my life here is miserable. Surveillance cameras are only on first floor and can't be seen on our tvs!

Sunrise North is a senior community with 45 apartment residences. These apartments are small yet efficient and easy to take care of. The residents enjoy each other at regular coffee times, birthday celebrations, monthly potlucks and special events. Sunrise is close to Northport shopping center. It has a beautiful park on the north side and is away from heavy traffic.

It really is a home. Beautiful surroundings unlike most and not to big. Close to stores n such, even medical for those that don't drive and really pleasant look and feel.

Nice clean, friendly and quiet living community here at Sunrise North. The washer and dryer in unit sold me. The activity director keeps things fresh and works very hard to do different things Every month.
