September 27, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe office is not staffed as listed. We have a broken dining chair which has needed to be repaired for at least 6 wks. We haven't had a couch in the Community room for around a year. All the tenants are great except for this big bully who gets by with everything here and Goldmark does nothing about him. At first I really liked it here but now my life here is miserable. Surveillance cameras are only on first floor and can't be seen on our tvs!Property Manager Responded

The residents enjoy each other at regular coffee times, birthday celebrations, monthly potlucks and special events. Sunrise is close to Northport shopping center. It has a beautiful park on the north side and is away from heavy traffic.
