Great Place To Live

This is a great community to live in. I started out renting an apartment here and after 4 years decided to buy an apartment in Sunrise Springs. I lived here for several years. The HOA fees are amazingly low for what you get. The grass is always cut. Pool area is clean and buildings are kept clean. I now rent out the apartment I bought a few years ago to a wonderful family. Great place to rent and a great place to buy and invest and rent out your apartment.

I live in this apartment with my mom for the past 2 years, is a decent location and the area is decent, the bad think about it is the elevator that always is broke or smell like weed but beside that is wherever. The Landry is on the block just be careful nobody is going to steal your underwear.
