My review of Town home village at welleby park
November 6, 2017I have been living in this property since 2006 and i still do to present day, and if there is something i have to say about Village At Welleby park is its very nice and comfortable. In front of the house there is parking spots which is very helpful because everybody in the neighborhood gets there own parking spot. Extremely close to the property are to amazing parks which are very close to walk to and they are just amazing. In the neighborhood there is a pool which is amazing its always clean and ...peaceful when you go. During night time the lights in the streets of the neighborhood are always on so its never pitch black, there are also very nice neighbors they are very family friendly people. The town houses are also very comfortable each room has its own personal bathroom, the living room and bathroom are also really nice and clean. The staff all of them are all very professional they know how to take care of every situation that happens in the neighborhood, they are also very nice people. When a problem in the townhouse happens for example the air conditioning stops working we always get a response from the staff that is very helpful in the problem that is wrong. I have visited other apartments and neighborhoods in the city of sunrise, and i could think that the best neighborhood is Village At Welleby Park. From. Do not move here!!!!!!!
September 12, 2016The townhomes are decent; however, the property management is terrible!!!! For example, you have to send multiple emails or telephone messages for work orders that they never complete until 1-2 months after. Townhome Village at Welleby also have outlandish charges that they deduct from your security deposit such as sanitation fee of 130.00 even if your apartment is thoroughly clean upon exiting.Review from Apartments.com
