Not bad but be cautious

I couldn't believe I actually took a gamble and moved into these apartments with no floorplan or dimensions available for a townhouse. I just don't quiet understand how these apartments have been around for so long and no one has ever took the initiative to create a floor plan for their future residents. be easily over seen driving down 1960 especially at night. I am satisfied to a point as a tenant to say the most but feel like I'm just another number to the books. I'm new to being a renter so I expected a better experience. On another note. Management seems a bit disorganized and lack communication amongst themselves and residents. As for maintenance, I understand they needs to prioritize
work. I just wish they were good with responding to our work orders with an estimated time of when issues can be resolved and what alternative are offered to tendants if a service they provide is down. I don't mean to sound privellaged but if I'm paying for an expensive service I expect a resolution to be offered as an inconvenience to their tendants. Good customer service goes a long way if you are running people business. It's frustrating and I feel like a fool for putting my trust into these people. I just want to be able to use my dryer properly without getting shocked or having my clothing shredded because it's damage internally. I just moved in 4 weeks ago and haven't been able to use my dryer for 3 weeks. These grounds also have a huge roach problem outside. I'm greatful they have yet to entered into my home. Landscaping is kept up but could use some mulch to make the area pop.
