Great Tours - Friendly and Reliable Staff I requested a tour of some two-bedroom apartments a couple of weeks ago and was able to go last weekend. I met with Kristen, who not only showed me all of the amenities at Sunrise (which are in great shape), but also took me to the specific units I requested which was really nice to see. Overall, the floorplans shown on the site are good reflections of what it actually looks like in person. The B3 unit floorplan is missing a door (not a big deal) but the ...

floorplans definitely give you a good idea of what you are going to get. Additionally, Kristen was very resourceful and answered all of my questions regarding certain fees, parking, pets, location, and other amenities/add-on questions thoroughly.

Maintenance request was closed out and not complete My maintenance request was for access to the building when someone dials my apartment and then I can let them in For whatever reason, my work order was closed out as completed when it wasn’t as they need to evaluate getting a new system or not so instead of leaving it open to follow how long it might take to fix it they closed it The only reason I’m sharing this is because I’m in this industry and this is the things we don’t like to see it ...

cheats the system and it gives false information where you can’t track reality Maybe your policy is different and I could be wrong

Prompt and professional I enter my request and with in 2 hours maintenance team was at my door. My A/C was broken. It was fixed within 20 minutes. I had a cosmetic issue with my kitchen counter. They came back the next day and fixed it with 10 minutes. Great service!

More maintenance staff is needed I was frustrated it took a week for my AC to be completely fixed but David was patient and kept trying to fix it throughout the week. David is great and does an amazing job but needs additional support.

Lot of issues popping up in 2025: Dirty pool - closed for two months +. Coffee machine you see in amenities has been taken out. Elevators are broken. Carpets smell like pet urine. There is no management on site lol - everything is handled by an offsite team.

We've only lived here for six months but have noticed a real decline in amenities. The pool hasn't been cleaned once and is full of algae. There are broken and loose floor tiles in the elevator which create a trip hazard. We've been promised a new coffee maker for the community room since moving in which has never materialized. Garbage bags are constantly left in the hallways overnight despite the policy that they can't be placed there until the morning. The employees in the front office are ...

great and doing their best; it's not their fault but definitely is the fault of those who benefit from our rent check. We are considering not renewing our lease when it ends.
