Great Place to Live!

Lived in this community for almost a year now. It’s a great location and the office staff, specifically Wendy, is amazing! She is very attentive to needs and issues that arise, is very communicative regarding any updates at the property. I’d also like to mention maintenance staff is also very good here. The property is always clean and any maintenance issue that comes up , while not often, is taken care of pretty quickly. Overall this property is great!

Great location — safe, central to everything and affordable. 2 minute drive to Sprouts, 10 minute drive downtown or to the airport. The grounds are kept clean, the pool is beautiful, and rent is affordable. Wendy is an incredible property manager and was always very attentive to my needs. Maintenance crew is friendly and everything gets fixed 24-48 hours after filing a ticket via the online portal. Highly recommend living here.
