From the moment you step into the leasing office of Sunset Barrington Gardens, the staff are warm and welcoming (thank you Latisha and Vesna). Having escaped the Palisades wildfire, they were both so patient and kind and thoroughly explained the process (including the lease and the insurance). Yesterday, the leasing office even sponsored a formal delicious brunch for the tenants as a thank you gesture for the fact that the property did not have power during the wildfires. Highly recommend!

I don't often write reviews, but the Sunset Barrington Gardens has been a fantastic home for the past 2.5 years. Despite being a fairly large property (over 200 units), management does a great job of keeping it in order. People are quiet, respectful, and the grounds are always well kept. There is a night guard that walks the property at night which is an added safety bonus. Maintenance requests get fixed in 24-48 hours and all of the on-site management folks are incredibly nice. Biggest ...
complaint is that packages get lost sometimes because Fed Ex and other delivery services get confused about the building numbers. For example, there are multiple Apt. 105's (in building 217, 219, etc.). I typically just get things delivered to the front office (233) to avoid that.
