GREAT PLACE AND NOW LOOKS LIKE NEW PROPERTY
May 7, 2020This property has improved in less than one year! I been here for many years and I’m loving the new color of property. Really excited to see the finished projects coming up. Office staff is very friendly. The property manager Diana has been also here for 7+years and she take cares of residents. Some people will write negative stuff but maybe they were the problematic ones. Do not hesitate to rent here! It’s a family property!Review from Apartments.com

It's pretty affordable and i love the fact that since Capitol Management took over recently there has been a lot of improvements, they're building a pool which i cant wait to utilize over the weekend. October 3, 2015This is a really good gated neighborhood to live in. The apartments are spacious. Whenever you have a maintenance problem they are quick to fix it. The ladies in the office are always there to help. It's all around a really good neighborhood to live in.
