Liars!!! Down right dirty! Do not care!!
May 25, 2022These are some of the most low down people I have ever met. Almost had me arrested for something I didn't do. Then basically made me and my kids homeless because I reported my neighbor stomping my roof in. Told me pretty much my family didn't matter nor did the fact that they sent the police after me for something I was not even aware of let alone did. I am so confused by this whole thing. So I'm writing this review to save some people a real headache. Do not put yourself in the position to have ...done to u what has been done to me. STAY AWAY!! I love living here
January 21, 2021I've been living here for almost 3 months and I highly recommend it! I have so much extra space/storage in my unit 2bd 2bath 950sq ft, it's a very clean community, the neighbors are very nice and the apartment is beautiful!! The staff is very helpful Yolanda helped us through the renting process. I don't have many issues but if I need matience they will be here within a few hours to fix the problem! HUM!!!
July 1, 2020I've lived here for several years. The only reason I stay is because I don't like the headache of moving. I've been displeased for some years. I moved here when Tammy was here, Ms. Robin came on she was great and had the open door process though the times I've seen a change if it wasn't for Yolanda I don't know. I've did move to a bigger apartment but I should have just moved all together, since we have been in the pandemic state we were forced to pay rent on line which we are charged a fee for ...even doing that which I think is so offer and yes the fee is charge rather you use credit are whatever other complexes don't do that, then you are charged another fee that said says something non-refundable administration fee-trash so I'm being charge for trash twice again awful. The maintenance staff don't fix anything they patch it just for a moment. I get tried of calling the main office for repair work. I've never seen so many people move in and out as I've seen in the years I've been here. Like i said I would leave myself cause what you are charged here you don't even have ceiling fans and light fixtures in your bedrooms you have to go out and purchase a lamp and the light fixtures you do have they tell you, you have to replace them when they go out. The management and property owners what your rent paid but are you getting the services and amenties.Property Manager Responded

February 15, 2020We have lived at Sunset Point for almost 4 years and have seen many changes in the area with lots of new apartments that have moved in around us. But there is just something about Sunset Point that we just can't leave because it's home. The staff is great and always warm and helpful. Dishonesty and simply in over their heads
July 5, 2018While I loved the hardwood floors and the size of the rooms the management seemed in over their heads when it comes to managing the complex. Any time I acquired about management they insisted the manager was either not available, not on site or isn’t able to speak. They preferred deception rather than honest and simply being forth coming. The pool was closed for half the summer due to the office not planning and scheduling inspection. The office also lied to the tenants about why the pool was ...closed. I had to call the city to find out any thing regarding the pool. Turns out they didn’t have the correct chemicals after having several months to prepare for the inspection. Repair orders took weeks to fix. I eventually stopped reporting it and fixed it myself. They also tried to charge me for things I already paid for. I would not recommend these apartments to any one. Keep away from these apartments!!
December 21, 2017So many criminal activities going on here especially phase 2. Most people staying here are not straight forward. The management opens the gates from Friday to Monday morning giving access to criminals and risking the lives of everyone.The fence is always broken down but no one seems to bother fixing it. I wonder whether they run criminal background to everyone!! Please dont risk your life by renting a place full of thugs and criminals!!! They just don’t care about the residents
September 26, 2017The worst apartment complex , the prices very high but that’s not the problem.. I remember the first time I came I asked the lady in front desk is this place safe she said yes of course it is, it’s totally safe we have gates that reminds locked 24 hours . well that’s lie the gates always broken and that’s allows anybody to come in and because of that 3 things got stolen from my truck and recently my 12 feet utility trailer that I use to make money to pay the rent while I wasn’t there and I ...went to the manager she said we’re not responsible for anything that’s is stolen from you I was like really so who’s responsible for the broken gates that’s supposed to be locked she couldn’t say nothing about I pay 1000 dollars for rent and they don’t even have cameras to protect the residents they only one camera by the leasing office and I asked her why you guys only have one camera here she said that just to protect our stuff so they care about their stuff but not about the residents so basically they don’t care I can’t wait till I leave this placeProperty Manager Responded
September 27, 2017As always your concerns are our concerns and Sunset Point strives to make our home comfortable for all our residents. In regards to our gates, this is an amenity that is used thousands of times each day and accidents do occur from time to time. Often we are able to fix them in house, others we must rely on a contractor and are at the mercy of their schedule. Unfortunately "security" has no address and incidents can happen anywhere, even in front of police stations. We regret to hear your recent experience. Please know that Sunset Point will continue to do serve our residents in the best manner possible.

Not worth the rent
March 4, 2016I like these apartments. However, the rent has increased substantially with the new management. A tiny one bedroom apartment in this area is not worth the price, especially considering the lack of amenities and older appliances. It is very apparent that I'm not alone in feeling this way, as numerous tenants have not renewed their leases and the number of vacant apartments seems to have increased substantially the last few months.Review from Apartments.com
