Decent place to live

I have lived here for about 3 years. The apartments are relatively old but they're kept in pretty good shape. When I moved in the paint was new and carpet looked like it was only in for a couple months before. Pool and jacuzzi aren't anything to write home about but hey they work. Onsite laundry room usually has open machines. However, It's the only place I've lived that increases your rent for renewing and it's getting to the point where it's not really worth what you pay for it. There's alot of ...
military living there which isn't a bad thing, they're all pretty friendly but depending on if they like to party the noise can get pretty bad on weekends. All in all it's a pretty average place and has been pretty affordable
