The price of the unit is very fair and the location is great! The unit was clean at move in time and the leasing agent was very pleasant to work with. She did a thorough job of answering my questions and concerns and provided a good walk through. There were some things she was unsure about with the outlets but that’s okay.
Wish the apartment had more than one washer and one dryer in the laundry room though.

fair apartment but deteriorating service and security in the last one year with rising cost of rent price. I suspect this is because of lack of on-sight management that fails to reinforce safety and services.

Sunset Ridge is a clean, quiet and safe apartment community.
The management is friendly and very helpful.
Maintenance requests are easy to submit and problems are resolved pretty quickly.
