the display on apartments.com and even their site are misleading, 1 they said that they have one available 7/24, one for 8/14 and one for later in august. I just called to see how I could apply and they said, "they were all assigned occupants today". Then she referred me off to their sister complex that does have openings, which I never saw, because it was out of my price range. Then she continued on about pets, all pets are REQUIRED to be spayed or neutered. I wish I had known that before I got ...

Loud, Dirty and Old

This place is unbelievably loud and management does nothing about it. I've been in dorm rooms quieter than this place! Dog feces everywhere, nothing is done to enforce that rule. Plowing is awful, ice left everywhere. Place smells like cigarettes to the point where even your clothes smell like it. Also, the "luxury" appliances are ancient, dirty, dinosaurs that I don't even think work. Steer clear!!

I just moved out after 14 months. Absolutely the worst management I've ever experienced. They couldn't care less about the tenants. One guy in my building waited 5 days to have his toilet fixed. The main road coming in and through the complex is like a highway. There are other apartment complex's surrounding this place and plenty of people speeding through this place like you can't believe. If you're near the pool have fun. The fence is about 4 feet high and kids are in the pool until 12 0'clock ...

at night. The answer to my complaints was, there's not much we can do. You can call the police. I could go on and on but I'll stop here. I'd find another place if you're smart.

love this beautiful area. I lived here a few years ago, and had a great experience! I love the safe and wonderful school district. Great for new families or even single parent or any one looking for a safe area to call home. I highly recommend to take a look and if you do, there would be no reason to look any further!!
