Please avoid
April 16, 2023I have been living here for 2 years and would recommend to avoid this place at any cost. Residents are smoking weed and cigarettes in their apartments and management can’t do anything about it; you will enjoying not only the smell but also fire alarms at 3 and 4am regularly. If neighbors party all night long- management is not here to help either. You can expect to enjoy your neighbors music till 6-7am. If anything gets broken it takes 2-3days to get fixed. They have only one maintenance guy for ...a whole building. When packages are getting stolen they remind you that it’s not their responsibility to insure safety of your packages. Whether you enjoy listening rumors about residents or not- you cannot avoid it when you stop on the first floor to get your morning coffee. You will have a difficult time to get your Uber eats orders - security is rarely on their post. Drivers are not able to get in the building so they leave. Security is changing every other week - so you will see a lot of securities who dont know what to do. I cannot say anything good about management - they rude and useless. It’s also not safe around here - too many homeless people; few residents were attacked.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The amenities are updated, concierge personnel are kind and engaging, maintenance staff are very prompt, efficient and knowledgeable, leasing staff helps to mitigate issues in a timely manner.
