June 2, 2025Buildings are old. Any repair work done is superficial if they can get away with it. There are numerous oversized vehicles that park in spaces too small for them, so they protrude into the travel lanes causing vehicles passing by in both directions to have to stop or risk collision. One of them has noisy exhaust and the owner starts it at 4:30 AM every weekday. I'd really like to sleep past 4:30 AM!Property Manager Responded

May 2, 2025These people use paint for every problem. Our bathtub was peeling, caulk and grout were cracking and black mold was trying to grow (we had to use bleach continuously to try to control it). They reapplied caulking and repainted the whole tub and surround. Just a few months and we had the same thing. Kitchen and bathroom countertops are painted with a spatter design. Minor scrubbing to clean stains removes the spatter and leaves a splotchy countertop. Rent is excessive and not worth the product. ...Beware!Property Manager Responded
