I love Sunview apartments. This place is slowly becoming my forever home. The location is perfect, management is excellent and I can always rely on maintenance to do a great job. Couldn't have found a better apartment to rent.

1. designated parking spot 2. responsive staff at Goldmark 3. ease of paying rent online (after verifying) or by check 4. my unit was cleaned excellently before move in (the best cleaner I have ever experienced in any rental property) - please thank them, they did a great job, almost as good as I do when I do deep cleaning as soon as I move into a new place as I never wear shoes in the house and scrub floors w my hands and knees 5. I noticed that the toilet was high quality because it ...
doesnt get stains from the water so its easy to clean with little buildup 6. the appliances for the bathroom sink like the faucet is high quality also as it is solid and is easy to clean water deposits bc of the high quality chrome finish, the porcelain sink is also high quality and easy to clean 7. The cabinets are new and high quality wood and the color is nice and they replaced a door that was not perfect when they installed it ... i didnt notice but it was nice that they did and replaced it 8. I love the laundry machines! i love the app! its reasonably priced also. its nice that there is one on each floor because if my floor is booked, i can go upstairs 9. I love the oversized USPS boxes in case we have packages 10.the paint is solid and quality…it is nearly impossible for tenants to ruin the paint which is good (even though I am always careful not to damage the walls with nothing piercing it, etc)
