Way too expensive for an apartment without any amenities at all. No gym, no clubhouse, no pool, no playground. Park lot is always fool. Don’t recommend!

I lived at Sutherland Village for two years. It was a fantastic experience. The apartments are very well built - cozy with lots of light. The bedroom was huge and the walk-in closet provided the extra storage I needed. The neighborhood is safe and great for dog walking. They have a wonderful dog policy without breed restrictions which was the reason I chose this community. The neighbors are polite and I rarely heard them when inside my apartment. The staff was friendly and the maintenance crew ...
was prompt and professional. This place truly felt like home and I will miss it. I'm only leaving because I'm moving out of state. Rent here and you won't be disappointed!
