Way too expensive!
February 27, 2024Way too expensive for an apartment without any amenities at all. No gym, no clubhouse, no pool, no playground. Park lot is always fool. Don’t recommend!Review from Apartments.com
Great Place to Call Home
March 31, 2018I lived at Sutherland Village for two years. It was a fantastic experience. The apartments are very well built - cozy with lots of light. The bedroom was huge and the walk-in closet provided the extra storage I needed. The neighborhood is safe and great for dog walking. They have a wonderful dog policy without breed restrictions which was the reason I chose this community. The neighbors are polite and I rarely heard them when inside my apartment. The staff was friendly and the maintenance crew ...was prompt and professional. This place truly felt like home and I will miss it. I'm only leaving because I'm moving out of state.
