Great for families
June 6, 2017I been living in a 2 bedroom apartment for a little over a year when it was still Mission Falls. Security has gotten much better since it became Sutter Ranch. Maintenance responses quickly and the apartments are spacious for the price. As long as you are a good tenant and pay rent on time, they are quick to solve any issues. I would advise taking the newer updated units. We live in a "downgraded" unit (old appliances, etc.) and tiles in kitchen are coming up and a lot of areas in the unit are ...falling apart. You can tell everything is poorly built in our unit compared to the updated ones. Never had a bug problem here as well. Everyone in the leasing office is very helpful and nice. I call it a "ruby in the rough", not the best area, but it's well hidden off the main road. Only negative is that there are a lot of kids and teenagers. I live with my boyfriend and a roommate and have no kids, so I would prefer a quieter complex. If you have kids, this is a great apartment. Negatives: - can get loud from kids playing outside - can't even use the pool, due to so many kids rough housing - area is not the greatest outside complex - on-site laundry room is gross Positives: - great for families - units are great for price - friendly staff - strip mall and Walmart right next to complex - right off 45Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
don't move here! WARNING!
April 10, 2016bad! everything is bad! pool just for show, hasn't been opened since we moved here and that's been 9months! office computers, only 1 out of 3work. parking is horrible, neighbors are loud and rude. maintenance takes about a week if your lucky. rent way too high for the quality of the apartment. The place is falling apart. plumbing is bad. thank god we only have 3months left. will not lease here again!Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015I live in Mission Falls apartment they are horrible I been waitinga month For them to fix the garbage disposal if you're not home by 7 o'clock you would not have a parking spot I even have the office manager own video telling me that they're going to fix something but after a month is still not done doing that move here?Review from Apartments.com
