Regret living here
April 18, 2023One word. parking. you can pay for a car port but they will not tow an unauthorized vehicle in your spot. I’ve tried for MONTHS to get a tow truck sent here but every time it’s unsuccessful. And the solutions the front office suggests don’t work. I’ve even waited in my car for 2 hours to see if it would come but it never did. So you may as well park in other peoples paid spots because there aren’t any consequences apparently. They gave me a number to call that will inform the overnight ...maintiance to go and take a picture of the vehicle and contact a manager (who may or may not be sleeping) so that they can call the towing company on your behalf. It’s completely convoluted and does not work! Just pay the extra money to have a 24/7 patrol tow truck or allow residents to authorize a tow! I do not recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

If you do have a carport we do have ways for the vehicles to be towed for reserved parking. We just started the new process on May 1, 2023. June 8, 2021over priced for how shanty the "renovation" is. when we moved in, the apartment was filthy. it was like the last tenant moved out & they immediately moved us in. there was screws & rust in the master bed toilet, the drains were clogged, it seemed like the only thing "pre-inspected" was the carpets. i found many things the last tenants had left that were simply painted over & left. the renovation is so poorly put together. our wifi router cord is stapled under the new carpet, there is a crack in ...the master bath mirror from where they drilled it in, the floor boards of the cabinets aren't even filled in all the way. just large holes in the corners from where they did not finish. they often shut off the water in my building & usually do not communicate until after the water has been shut off. presently, the pool has been closed for a month-- and it's summer. the gym hours are office hours, so i do not get to use either of the amenities. maintenance does not call before entering, or come on the date requested. they also don't fix the problems presented. honestly, i moved here because i knew a lot of people who lived here and enjoyed it a few years ago. I don't know what it is now, but only move here if it's your last resort.Property Manager Responded

Selling Dreams
May 19, 2019My little sister was supposed to move in to this apartment today. We get there and we get our keys and get to the apartment the apartment is filthy dirty like construction is being done. We had the uhaul since yesterday movers ready to move things. The leasing lady there was so rude when i asked her where is she supposed to go they are leasing an apartment that is not even ready. Dont waste your time!
April 1, 2019Between them losing a large number of apartment keys and not changing the locks to the emergency maintenance staff being rude and argumentative as well as the leasing office staff not willing to take a look at the issue an resolve it entirely instead of patching it up. Poorly Run Complex
January 14, 2019This is by far the worse apartment complex. Whenever you need maintenance it takes days before a response. Literally had to remind them about a maintenance request on more than one occasion. Also pest control is a joke. Literally if someone leaves a place vacant for a month and you don’t clean it, what happens? It is worse managed place they sit in their office don’t answer phone or emails. And don’t get me on the loud dogs on patios all day barking. It’s a terrible place. Don’t move here.Property Manager Responded

Worst place I've ever lived
May 14, 2018I've had termites in my apartment going on a month with no resolution. In my silverware, my dogs food. Refrigerator, dishwasher, living room ceiling. Nothing is being done. If I could I'd would pic a star at all.Property Manager Responded

Great staff!
October 7, 2017I moved into Sutton Place about 3wks ago. Before I moved in the staff was very helpful and responsive. Whenever my leasing agent was busy with other customers, other agents were willing to assist me. Now that I've moved in I have a cpl of very minor issues with my apt that were resolved immediately. August 2, 2017Hope I could give 0 star. I moved out on April, they told me they will send me final statement via mail and email, but they did not, or as least I did not receive it. No follow-up calls, no emails from them. Today, I get phone calls from collecting company, such a joke. As a former resident that lived here for two years. This place is horrible. 1: Apts are very very old, bad smell inside rooms. Distorted walls may fall down any time. 2. They did not replace the carpet when you moved in, but they ...will charge cleaning fee and carpet replacement fee when you moved out. Funny, huh? 3. Maintenance is a nightmare, they never did pest control, but they charge pest control fee. I requested pest control several times, and they finally did it at my third request. 4. Noise is a big issue. Cars, dogs, children crying... You cannot sleep well at night. 5. Management is terrible. Lower level staffs are ok. Others sucks.They only care about your money. 6. This is the place to go if you want to be tortured by noise!
March 9, 2017If you like noise at all hours of the night, this place is perfect for you! from the speeding tow truck that were contracted by the apartments blasting through the complex at all hours of the night, to the loud and obnoxious dogs barking incessantly, this place is the perfect community for anyone who wishes to never get any sleep! But wait, there's more! make any formal complaint to the management office and you get the privilege of being patronized by the best in the industry!
