Happy i chose Swan
April 29, 2025This apartment has a cool mix of hotel vibes and homey comfort. I think it used to be a hotel before, which shows in the wide hallways and lobby layout, but they’ve done a good job converting it. The walls are thick—I never hear my neighbors—which is a major plus. I'm on a month-to-month lease (travel nurse) and they made that really easy without overcharging me like other places tried to. The internet is blazing fast, which I need for charting and Zoom calls. It's quiet, safe, and everything is ...super clean. April 29, 2025I toured a ton of places before choosing this one, and what sold me was the community vibe. Everyone I’ve met here is chill and respectful. It’s not a party place, which I like—it’s more peaceful. The lobby still has a few hotel-style touches, but I heard they’re revamping it into a game room and study space soon, which sounds awesome. April 29, 2025Moved in a few weeks ago and had a smooth experience. Leasing office was upfront about pricing, and they offered a tour voucher which basically covered lunch that day—nice touch. I ended up going with an unfurnished unit since I already had my stuff, and it’s been a blank slate I’ve really enjoyed decorating. Internet and cable are bundled separately, which I actually like because I know what I’m paying for. The shared laundry room is in my building and usually empty when I go. Very happy living here
April 29, 2025Been living here for about six months now and I’m happy I signed a 12-month lease. My unit overlooks the pool, which is heated, so even in cooler months its perfect. The apartment came furnished, and the Murphy bed setup is actually really clever—it frees up a ton of floor space during the day. Maintenance is responsive (shoutout to Jorge for fixing my A/C in like, an hour), and the office staff is always polite. I do wish the parking lot had a bit more lighting at night, but they told me that’s ...being addressed soon. Great Studios
April 29, 2025Honestly, this place surprised me. I moved in kind of last-minute and wasn’t expecting much, but the studio is actually really nice—clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious. I like that the internet and cable are already hooked up with good speeds and tons of channels. The front gate with the motion sensors feels super safe, and I've had no issues with noise. I mostly work from home and it’s been a comfortable setup for me. The only downside is I wish laundry was in-unit, but the shared laundry ...room is always clean and never too busy.
