RUN! RUN! RUN!!!!!
June 27, 2024Do not even waist your time applying here !!! I’ve been calling the office for over 2 months now stopped by the office for months and nobody’s ever there I haven’t been able to get in contact with the landlord for over 3 months now ! I haven’t had electricity in my kitchen for 2 months!! My bathroom walls have water bubbles from the walls leaking!! 2 months later and I still haven’t gotten in contact with no landlord! Walls still look the same and still no electricity in my kitchen!!! They have ...roaches!!! It’s so bad you see them in the halls leaving your apartment! They send an exterminator who doesn’t do NOTHING REAL! And then they fake check up on the problem to make it seem like they’re doing their job! My AC been leaking since I moved in and when I brought it to my landlord attention when I first moved in she told me just don’t turn it !! Great First Apartment
March 14, 2021I have lived here almost 3 years. Jill made leasing my first apartment easy and fun. They put in brand new appliances and carpeting for my unit. The building and grounds are very clean, and they do a great job plowing in the winter time. Any time I have ever had a maintenance issue, someone was there immediately to address the problem. Happy Master's Student!
January 28, 2021I am a Master's student from out of state who was in desperate need of a safe, quiet, well priced, and accommodating apartment and I am so happy to have found Swiss Village! I have been living here for over a year and a half now and it has been more than pleasant. Michele and Jill are absolutely fantastic to work with and have helped made my stay here quite enjoyable. Besides being professional and considerate, they welcomed me with open arms and even went the extra mile to reassure my parents ...that I would be in great hands, and so far I haven't been disappointed once. When I had my first initial tour of my apartment it was handed over to me in such excellent quality and remodeled to make it even that much more enjoyable to live in. The location is incredibly convenient, allowing runs to the grocery store and especially school a breeze. I haven't had any issues with maintenance at all and the neighbors are respectful and generally quiet. Safety was my main concern when looking for a place in Syracuse and this property has made me feel more than protected. If there is anything that needed extensive repair, like the parking lots or plumbing, it was done so with an advanced notice and completed within a timely manner. Snow removal is done basically before I am out the door in the mornings and garbage pickup is always quick. Sure, the laundry units may be small, keeping in mind that things will naturally break every now and then, but it's never anything for me to be unhappy about. Considering the mass amount of clothes I have to wash and the convenience of this location, I am literally less than a minute away from a nice laundromat, so I have no complaints about laundry. My apartment is spacious, comfortable, with many windows allowing an abundance of sunshine in, making it that much cozier. I am beyond pleased with Swiss Village, and at such a reasonable price, you receive more than enough. January 28, 2021Resident for 5 years. Great school district and community to raise children. Centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants, and much more. Michelle and Jill are awesome and always ready to help with all your needs. Maintenance crew and the grounds keepers all add razzle dazzle to the upkeep of this beautiful property. Great place, even better staff
August 18, 2020I lived here for just about 5 years, and I never had any problems. The few minor things that needed some attention, I called the office, and they were on it right away. I moved in while they were under different management, and they were fine, but ever since the new owners took over, it was noticeably better. Michele and Jill aren't on top of everything, and always very friendly with ever matter. Jill especially is a wonderful person to talk to, and honestly makes me wish they owned the new ...property I moved to. (Had to get a bigger space with the girlfriend) Walking distance to Cliffs, The Distillery, the Laundry Mat, and 690 access right down the hill. February 25, 2020I have been a resident of Swiss Village Apartments for over ten years and highly recommend the complex. Management is responsive and accommodating, and the maintenance staff does an excellent job keeping the common areas clean and the grounds mowed and plowed. There is great diversity among the tenants - from young singles and families to retirees. The apartments themselves are both simple and comfortable with a lot of closets, storage areas and natural lighting.
