DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
June 7, 2023When we first moved to this property everything was great! Toward the end of our time there the management changes and every thing changed for the WORST! We would pay the full rent amount listed on the community portal, just to be told we were short money that wasn’t even listed on the portal. Upon moving out our security deposit was used for random miscellaneous fees that had nothing to do with any damages. Also, the new staff is HORRIBLE AND RUDE. I would not recommend moving to this community ...now.Property Manager Responded

It's OK
December 1, 2020I stay for the elevator and convenience to work location. Otherwise, it's overpriced-average. The shower is plastic, there is no ceiling fan/light in the living room, and you only get a CHANCE for a Nest thermostat if you refer someone. The staff acts friendly but is unyielding. For my 3rd year, at the height of the pandemic, rent was raised $70 monthly.Property Manager Responded

Top floor only & ask about dog neighbors
September 27, 2020Nice community but unfortunately allow LARGE, Loud dogs to make a LOT of noise making neighbors below or beside miserable. Beware.Property Manager Responded
