To start off.these apartments have potential but never seem to have anyone run the place correctly. Apartments themselves are spacious and if well maintenance aren't that bad to live in.The area is a bit rough do not recommend raising children here. If there was better management that would listen to the tenants this would be a pasaible place to live. Very poorly maintained and tough neighborhood to get accustomed to. On site laundry is never cleaned and the machines are always breaking down. ...

Managers come and go. Repairs are always delayed to be fixed. Rent is to high bases on the conditions of this apartment complex.do not rent here save your self the trouble.
