Spacious, Well-designed apartments
April 11, 2025The apartment is located right in downtown Syracuse so you’re able to walk to wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment building is well-maintained and if there is an issue, it is readily evaluated and fixed. In addition, having an in-unit washer and dryer is a plus! Great Views
April 11, 2025I reside on one of the top floors of Symphony and my apartment has some of the best views of both downtown and also the hills out to the reservoir. On top of that, we've noticed the high quality of build in our apartment compared to other complexes we've lived in. We have been here for 8 months and have never had to put in a maintenance request. The only downside is the short walk to the parking garage. Overall, Symphony Place has been a great place to live and we plan to stay here indefinitely!Review from Apartments.com
Worth every penny
April 6, 2025I love living here! Between having my own in unit washer and dryer and a functional gym I couldn’t be happier. Although the gym doesn’t fit everyone’s needs it checks a lot of boxes for most people. The apartments are made well and they are perfect for wanting to experience downtown Syracuse. Great addition to modern apartment living in Downtown Syracuse
April 2, 2025I've thoroughly enjoyed my living in this apartment for the last year. The apartments are beautiful and updated with panoramic views on Syracuse. The building manager makes himself available if residents have concerns and lets us know in a timely manner of impending inspections or maintenance. The appliances are all updated, and the in-unit laundry was an added bonus that I didn't find in many other downtown apartments.Property Manager Responded
