The apartment building is well-maintained and if there is an issue, it is readily evaluated and fixed. In addition, having an in-unit washer and dryer is a plus! Great Views
April 11, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI reside on one of the top floors of Symphony and my apartment has some of the best views of both downtown and also the hills out to the reservoir. On top of that, we've noticed the high quality of build in our apartment compared to other complexes we've lived in. We have been here for 8 months and have never had to put in a maintenance request. The only downside is the short walk to the parking garage. Overall, Symphony Place has been a great place to live and we plan to stay here indefinitely!

Although the gym doesn’t fit everyone’s needs it checks a lot of boxes for most people. The apartments are made well and they are perfect for wanting to experience downtown Syracuse. I feel safe and content here.

The building manager makes himself available if residents have concerns and lets us know in a timely manner of impending inspections or maintenance.
