Nice units but stay away!
March 20, 2023The units look nice as the building is new but the finishes are poor and quickly deteriorate. The concrete floors are a nightmare. Any drop of water that falls after you wash your hands / do dishes etc. results in an unsightly and very visible stain on the concrete floors. During my tenancy I asked management how to clean the floors and remove the stains and they could not provide an answer. When I moved out, I thoroughly cleaned the apartment except I could not get the stains out of the ...concrete floor, and management kept part of my deposit for this. I would understand IF I hadn't previously asked how to clean the floors with no response. I rounded up to 2 stars because the unit was nice inside (I had a loft on 5th floor with high ceilings and nice views), but in general residents were highly dissatisfied with management's responsiveness on repairs, the security situation with package thefts etc. At one point there were emails going around about organizing and taking action (not paying rent collectively etc).
