Horrible Place to live

I had two cousins that recently stayed here! Nothing but bad things started happening as soon as they moved in! The apartments are not GATED and their cars were broken into multiple times. Poor management, they could care less and have no sympathy for what goes on their property. They do not answer when they know you have a problem they will ignore you for weeks! False advertising that their apartments are Gated, when they’re clearly not! Online they make it look so amazing and safe and that’s ...
not the case. Months later my cousins are still waiting on their deposit that was promise to them after they moved out! All the apartments have mold!! Maintenance comes and fix things and leave your door unlocked. Coming from another state, I wouldn’t advise ANYONE to live here!!!

DON’T DO IT MANE !

Just don’t do it, trust me mane. This place isn’t what it seems. My air conditioner has been leaking for 6 months, I called maintenance (no answer) I’ve also reached out to management (no answer). The front gate is pointless because cars still get broke into, this place is a living hell hole.

This place is not what it seems AT ALL! Their money hungry..maintenance will never answer and if they do it’ll take half the lease to fix a issue like A/C when its 99 degrees outside..Oh then in the winter the heat doesn’t work also. Property Mangers are janky they won’t answer. It looks nice but once your a month in you’ll realize what you got yourself into. I stayed here for a year and half. They still don’t have decency to respect my request or EVEN ANSWER!!

These people did a lot of questionable things while my son stayed there. Some ppl allowed to have parties and others were not. The mailing address is sketchy and doordash delivery, packages/mail didn’t come. They raise prices up after year 1 and the office staff/ managers barely answer the phone. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This place is the worst, maintenance never answers you even when everything is falling apart. They are money hungry people, will overcharge for everything. cars are always getting broken into and management doesn’t care. This place is horrid.
