I’ve lived here since 2020 in a first-floor unit, and I truly don’t understand why anyone wouldn’t love calling this community home. Like anywhere, insects can happen, but they are easily managed with cleanliness and bug spray.
When I experienced a leak, management responded quickly by replacing the flooring/carpet and providing painting. Any appliance issues I’ve had were handled promptly, with replacements when needed. The maintenance team is always polite, respectful, and efficient.

I am a current resident. I wish ihad read the reviews before I signed the lease. We feel like we are basically living outside. The number of insects we've seen here is ridiculous. Now my daughter has yellow jackets constantly invading her room. Put 3 work orders in asked them to check the furnace room for a nest. I told them they have to be coming in through the vents. I was told to close the vents and tape around them. The office staff is extremely unprofessional and lack empathy. There is NO ...

Scheduled an appointment with Diana to see a two bedroom on Sunday at 11:30. Received an email confirmation as well as an email reminder. We drove almost 40 minutes and arrived early to be sure we didn’t leave her waiting. Upon arrival at the leasing office door, a woman yelled from inside “We open at 12:00.” We explained we had an 11:30 appointment with Diana and had email confirmation. She again yelled across the room, “Well we don’t open until 12:00.” She finally came to the door and said it ...

I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here, they have rat/rodent infestation. I complained about it 3 weeks ago and it hasn’t been resolved yet. I have been pretty much living somewhere else from past 3 weeks because of it as my place isn’t livable. I’m counting days so I can get out of here.
They also need to train their office staff properly, one of the staff called me and said I don’t need renters insurance because im moving out soon but after few weeks their manager calls and says they were ...

Lived here 5 years ago so management may have changed. When I lived there management was rude and very dishonest. They would tell you one thing when you signed the lease and then would not fulfill their end of the bargain. Also apartments are cheaply made. I would go down the street to one of the other apartment places.

Michael and the maintenance crew rock!! Very friendly crew, know their jobs, get stuff fixed quickly and/or get it replaced really quick!!! They clean up after themselves like they were never in my unit. Almost like magical elves replace broken stuff by means of wizardry.

We wanted to move as early as possible and the staffs were really helpful even when we called to see the apartment during their closing time (We had to do this twice).
Artoria even accommodated our request to change an appliance in the kitchen. She took extra effort to find in which apartment they could change the appliance and did it.
Both Sarah and Artoria were very helpful in answering our queries and made the move in smoother. The apartment is very closer to main locations and having a ...
small grocery store nearby is an added plus. Maintenance team is doing a great job, till now whatever requests raised were addressed within 2 days.
I am giving 4 star due to the towing services they have hired, its been a month we have residents vehicles parked in handicapped parking (no stickers / temporary pass) without being towed and we did once(as all the spaces were full) and our vehicle was towed. Still we could see vehicles parked in handicapped parking (Even while I am posting this there is one vehicle parked from yesterday evening) and no towing is done which is giving a wrong picture to people who moved recently and they have to face the heat.
Other than this the place is very good, a peaceful and calm environment to stay and friendly neighbours.
