Absolutely horrible! I even paid double rent just to move out early I was so over it. Where do I even begin…
First of all the parking is HORRIBLE, good luck finding a spot, more cars than there are spots. In addition to that the lighting isn’t all that great and there is ZERO security. Both my dad and I had our catalytic converters stolen off our cars on separate occasions in the lot, and I know for a fact we weren’t the only ones. There was 1 nice lady in the office but the rest were rude and unprofessional. The maintenance guys were nice, however when we had a water leak in the apt it took them a month and water heater replacement to figure out it was coming from upstairs. In addition to that they never cleaned up from the leak which then caused a moldy smell in the apt and also caused a roach infestation. They were literally coming from inside the wall out of the electrical socket where the leak was, it was DISGUSTING.
Watch where you step because there’s dog poop everywhere, people don’t clean up after their dogs and the complex won’t do anything about it.
Overall horrible experience, over priced, bad customer service, and poorly kept. There’s a reason they only have 3.3 stars, would not recommend.
