On July 1, we moved into this apartment. Our move-in was ruined by the unprofessional attitude of the staff. First, they sent us a contract to sign with a certain amount. We went to the bank in advance and wrote out a check. On the day of move-in, they told us that the amount should be higher and sent us a new contract. agreed to this, smiled sweetly and left to wait for our time. At the appointed time, we approached the apartment, but there was a terrible smell of paint. It turned out that the master was renovating the bathroom and painted it. It was impossible to be in the room. The manager apologized and said that as an apology for her mistake, they would pay us a deposit, which we could use next month. On the first night, we had to sleep on the floor of friends. Then the smell of paint lingered for several days. When it was time to return the deposit, naturally they didn't return it to us and smiled sweetly.
