June 15, 2025The package situation is one of the biggest issues for me at this complex. I never know if it will be at my door (not usual), in my mailbox, or in the big unorganized pile on the ground in the package room. There are copious rules and communications which some are helpful but sometimes it is overkill and adds stress to living here. Such as when maintenance is banging on my door waking me up on my day off. I do like the apartment itself but it is in my opinion; overpriced. The office and ...maintenance staff are usually nice in person. I will say the only way to get in contact with the office staff is to physically go inside as they do not answer the phone, call you back, or answer your emails if you are already a resident.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 25, 2025Overall great. However, PLEASE turn off the loud music in the gym. It's so disruptive and I dread going to the gym now. Almost everyone has their own headphones and listens to their own music. We either have to put up with the loud music or override it without own music on the headphone which is so damaging to the ears.Property Manager Responded
