There is a reason a beautiful place near the hospital is half empty
October 1, 2020Things where broken when I moved in. They showed me a place that had a dishwasher and then rented me a place that did not. When I moved out they kept over half of the deposit without an explanation of why, despite repeated attempts to clarify. The website to manage the lease is outdated and confusing. Skip this place unless you have nowhere else to go.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
October 30, 2019I recently moved out of 613 Portland St. since my job relocated me to another state. I had a wonderful living experience there and definitely recommend checking out these apartments. The customer service was good and there was always somebody available to talk to me if I had any questions. The apartment was very modern looking and perfect for my needs. Misleading Advertising from this apartment
February 21, 2018Careful before you fill out an application for this place. They will tell you one thing at first regarding the monthly rental price so you will pay the application fee, then they will raise that on you once you are ready to commit to a lease. False advertising and misleading even with excellent credit. It's really unfortunate how this place operates.Property Manager Responded

The units vary in size which may cause some misunderstanding, but as most apartments the rent will be determined by the sq. footage.

Visit -
September 18, 2017It felt like pulling teeth for someone to call me back to visit the property. When I made 3 separate appointments to see an apartment they were cancelled without notice the day of. The property manager who finally ended up showing us the unit, didn't have the keys, wasn't on time, the whole visit was rushed, COMPLETE LIE about parking available - street parking is permitted and if you live here you will not be able to obtain a permit. The units are nice - minus the toddler kitchen.Property Manager Responded
