South End Charlotte is the place to be
April 27, 2023If you are new to Charlotte, South End is where all of the best shopping, restaurants, and bars are. Centro Square is a newer property in South End and I have to say that this property is Gorgeous! The complex is clean, quiet, efficiently designed and the perfect spot for short-term stays. Overpriced with overall poor construction and few amenities
April 4, 2023Counting the days until our lease expires.... Pros: - great location - good windows/sunlight Cons: - little to no insulation ( this is a BIG con as I work from home - I can literally hear the conversations of the tenants above me - every "small" sound seems amplified thru the ceiling, including every small step their dog takes ) - low quality construction ( sloppy finishes and move-in punch list was never completed - still have large holes in kitchen cabinets from a bad install ) - no ...amenities besides the gym ( no pool or common areas for entertaining ) - leasing office staffProperty Manager Responded
