January 17, 2017Run don't walk from the Loft on Gaines. My son sublet an apartment there with his friend. During their tenancy they experienced a water leak from a busted pipe and it ruined the kitchen floor. The management never repaired the floor. When he moved out of the apartment we received a bill for $4,000 for repairs including holes in the walls in his bedroom (he never hung a TV or hung a picture. There wasn't even a nail hole in the wall). Now we are collecting other disgruntled tenants to file a class ...action suit for fraud against the management and owners of The Loft on Gaines LLC.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
