Place is beautiful great amenities.Internet service and reception not so much,starting with the fact that you need one fiber internet for the unit and a separate internet for the building because theres a lot of interference in the building.Also receiving internet channels on smart tv is a hassle sometimes also because of the interference.
Yet to find out if there is recycle service available,have not seen any bins around,maybe they are in a certain location.

I love it here , everyone is so friendly! Amazing area, and I love my neighbors even their dogs. Very close to downtown shopping areas to walk to. Overall I recommend this place!

It’s been good so far. The location is great and there’s a lot of college students. The nora district is up and coming and will continue to attract a crowd.

Bozzuto does an excellent job with maintenance. The amenities are great. I use the hot tub as often as I can. It has been very nice in the winter months and the pool deck is great for the summer.

Everything was great and safe. For example if you have Latch you can’t get into the building. I always felt safe in Tortoise one. I loved the area because jobs wasn’t too far, and once I found out about the Circuit app I never worried about commuting to work because the price was literally $1.

Friendly people and friendly tortoise management. I felt so welcomed here as my new home. There are so many things to do around tortoise that are walking distance . I definitely recommend people to live here.

My wife and I had a short term rental at Tortoise One. The entire place is amazing and has the feel of a first class resort. the apartment was spotless. The bed and furniture extremely comfortable and the decor very nicely done. The pool area is large with very comfortable lounge chairs for all. The gym and common areas are kept pristine at all times. Johanna the Property Manager and the entire team are welcoming, responsive and attentive to any and all questions. Everyone has been so welcoming prior and to my move in date! Couldn’t have had a smoother move in day. The “swag bag” they give you is adorable and they even include pickleball paddles! The grounds are well maintained. So excited for my many months here.
