Can't say enough good things
November 14, 2025My wife and I had a short term rental at Tortoise One. The entire place is amazing and has the feel of a first class resort. the apartment was spotless. The bed and furniture extremely comfortable and the decor very nicely done. The pool area is large with very comfortable lounge chairs for all. The gym and common areas are kept pristine at all times. Johanna the Property Manager and the entire team are welcoming, responsive and attentive to any and all questions. June 8, 2025The staff is very friendly’& professional. I do wish there was a more private area when discussing your rental questions and finances instead of just at the front entryway. May 29, 2025I love it here, I love the area that I live in everything is close by . Even walking distance . So much to do here at the apartment so I don’t have to go out . The apartment manager and staff have been incredibly supportive, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I have high standards when it comes to service, and I can confidently say they met and exceeded them :) My moving experience was seamless, and I was especially delighted with the thoughtful gifts I received. January 11, 2025The apartment itself is very nice although the dryer washer closet could be more insulated for noise. The kitchen sink is wonderful as it is large however it isn’t very sloped so that water doesn’t always drain all the way out of it. Not a lot of residents so it is very quiet a few of the doors to outside don’t work so I can’t get back in and have to come in the front entrance, which is fineProperty Manager Responded
