We had the best experience living at Trailside! The staff is top notch and the community is well maintained and so beautiful. We loved the Top Golf amenity & having trail access. We always recommend this community to anyone who asks! What a wonderful 2 years we had there.

We have loved living at Trailside Verdae! They host so many fun events & all of the amenities are top notch (plus having the Swamp Rabbit Trail access is great for us) The staff is friendly and always quick to help. Would highly recommend!

The apartment complex looks great from the exterior and the interiors are very nice, however there are huge issues throughout the community. There is not enough parking for residents and management does not seem to have any plans to improve this. This leads to walking long distances from where you park, and often having to park along a curb not knowing if you could get towed. The building numbers are not well marked, which makes it difficult for guests to find your apartment. The walls are thin ...
and you can hear your neighbors easily. The location is very convenient, but not worth it for the price to rent here.

I do love these apartments so let me explain the 3 Stars! The amenities, grounds and units are so nice! The location is fantastic! The 3 Stars is that the walls and floors are thin. I hear EVERYTHING. I can hear my neighbors talking even at a normal level. I can clearly hear what tv show or music they’re watching or listening too. It’s unfortunate especially since these are marketed as such high end apartments. And they are truly very nice. The pool is fantastic. The gym has everything. I enjoy ...
the fun community rooms and outdoor areas. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. My apartment is bright and airy. Just wish the quality in the building materials for sound absorption met the rest of it. Except for that, I highly recommend!
