Cute inside BUT….
December 5, 2023The inside of the studio is updated and cute BUT the property is poorly maintained. I’ve lived here for almost four months. The hallways smell like cigarettes, people don’t pick up after their dogs and let them run around off leash, the laundry room contains several non working dryers and washers containing standing water and the front doors provide very little to no sound barrier to hallways sounds. I regret choosing here as my new home.Property Manager Responded

Great management team
August 27, 2023Just moved in last month and I cannot say enough about Trellis management. Jared went above and beyond to help me get everything in order while I moved back from outside the US.
