I canceled renting an apartment here bc I could never get ahold of anyone on the phone. They now have been jerking me around on getting my deposit back for weeks. I'm seriously considering contacting an attorney...don't bother calling them they never answer the phone and all the management group does is transfer you to the district manager who doesn't answer either.....poorly ran outfit....terrible people working there who don't care about your $

Loved at first. Not disgruntled. Major rodent(raccoons) problem in attic that mgmt won’t address. Smell from rodents comes into Apt that makes me nauseous. Mgmt sweeps under rug and will not address.

I recently moved in to Twin Lakes about 6 months ago. Moving from my home in to an apartment had me worried but after my first couple weeks I knew I loved it. I have a great view from my patio and I enjoy walking out by the lake. Staff is friendly and takes care of my request right away. So far it has been a positive place to call home.
