Worst place to rent
December 30, 2019Rent is to expensive for the foot sq you get. Kitchen is very small. The appliance are old no working properly . Management won’t pick up the phone in case of any emergency . Heat was included in rent, but only working at night, if stay home at day time is really cold with no heat.parking is diffract to find in area and on top of the is very noisy place. September 9, 2015MY PLACE OF RESIDENCE IS UNSATISFACTORY. TRYING TO GET WITH A SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING. I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 5 YEARS AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME REFRIGERATOR THAT LEAKS WATER UNDERNEATH THE REFRIGERATOR. A REFRIGERATOR IS PART OF MY LEASE. I WILL NEVER AGAIN TAKE A GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT. I AM ON A FIXED INCOME AND MY RENT IS APPROXIMATELY $800.OO A MONTH. MY RENT WAS $725.00 WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN. IN THE BEGINNING THE LANDLORD WOULD DO ANY TYPE OF RPAIRS FOR ME. AS TIME GOES ON TO GET ...ANYTHING FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT IT IS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET ANYTHING DONE BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO KEEP REMINDING HIM WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. WHEN THE LEAVE BLOWERS COME AROUND THEY BLOW ALL THE DIRT INTO MY WINDOWS AND INSIDE MY APARTMENT. IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND AN APARTMENT WITH REASONABLE RENT. I KEEP TRYING TO FIND WORK AT HOME TO HELP PAY THE BILLS. I DROVE A BUS FOR APPROXIMATELY 40 YEARS BUT ONE COMPANY T WHICH AMOUNTSHAT I DROVE FOR HAD A VESTED PENSION WHICH AMOUNTS TO A FIVE YEAR VESTED PENSION FOR $152.00 AMONTH. IN ENDING THIS SHORT BRIEF I AM HAVING A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH MY LIVING ARRANGEMENTS BECAUSE I HAVE HEALTH PROBLEMS DUE TO ALLERGIES, BACK AND SCIATICA WHICH LIMITS ME OF WHAT I CAN DO.
